- How long does AT&T Office@Hand take to activate?
Upon purchasing the service, it is immediately activated.
- Can I setup my service in multiple locations?
Yes. You can select either a toll-free or a local number as your main business number, and an auto-attendant system can route calls to multiple extensions. These extensions can be used in a single office or at many geographically dispersed locations.
NOTE: Extensions can be configured to ring on an office line, a home phone, a mobile handset, or directly to voicemail, enabling flexibility and seamless connectivity with customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Can I use my AT&T Office@Hand service on my smartphone?
Yes. All AT&T Office@Hand customers can use the Mobile application at no additional cost. You can download the application for free from iTunes and Android Marketplace. The app provides access to your entire AT&T Office@Hand business phone system, including voicemails and faxes. It also allows you to use your AT&T Office@Hand numbers your caller ID when you make business calls from your iPhone, dials by extension and provides access to your entire company directory and much more.
- Can I update or manage my AT&T Office@Hand service online?
Yes. You can easily customize and update phone system settings through your online account. You can see your call activity, voicemails, and faxes at any time, from any computer. You can also update your company directory, auto-receptionist, and greetings instantly.
- How many users or lines should I include in my quote?
In a cloud-based VoIP phone system, lines and users are not defined the same way as they are in a traditional carrier or legacy PBX/key system. Traditionally, people think of “lines” as the number of incoming calls their business can handle simultaneously.
The limitation of users or lines depends on your AT&T Office@Hand plan.

No. AT&T Office@Hand will work with any high-speed, stable internet connects and requires a minimum of 100kbps of bandwidth per call. You need a router that will make the internet connection available to your phones/devices.
