Getting to know the AT&T Office@Hand Billing

What are the features under AT&T Office@Hand Billing?

To be able to know the features under AT&T Office@Hand billing section, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
  2. Under Admin portal, go to Billing.

Service Plan

Review particulars of your AT&T Office@Hand plan: Overview, Billing Plan, Usage Info and Additional Services.

Change Edition

Gives you information about the different advanced editions and its features. It also gives you information on how to contact customer care if you want to change edition and for more information.

Change Plan

Changes your plan including modifying the number of premium and virtual users on your account. For more information, go to Billing – Changing the Service Plan.

Usage Info

Displays the account credits you have consumed for the current billing cycle such as Included Toll Free Credits, Toll-Free Usage, and Purchased Calling Credits.


This feature ensures that you will never run out of calling credits for making international calls. It lets you select a Calling Credits package of $20 or $100, which will be automatically renewed when you run low, thus preventing any interruption of service. Purchased funds will roll over month to month for up to 12 months. The price of international calls will vary according to the applicable international rate.

This section gives you information on included local numbers as well as on how to contact customer service for cancellation of your service plan.

International Calling

Enabling this feature allows you to use AT&T Office@Hand International calling functionality on a cellular network in international locations.


Account Cancellation

An overview to account cancellation

IMPORTANT: If you cancel your service plan, your AT&T Office@Hand account will be deleted and the following information will no longer be retrievable:

  • All messages and faxes currently stored in your online account
  • All settings, e.g. Greetings and Extensions
  • All entries in your AT&T Office@Hand Contacts
  • To finalize your cancellation, please call Advanced Solutions care for assistance in account verification and secure termination of your AT&T Office@Hand service.

Use of the Credit Card authorization form is not necessary for AT&T Office@Hand.

Select Auto-Purchase Option

This article provides information on how to enable the auto-purchase option via web. The Auto-Purchase feature ensures your AT&T Office@Hand account never runs out of calling credits. The selected package will be automatically purchased when you are running low on calling credits, which prevents any potential interruption of service.

  1. Log in to your AT&T Online Account.
  2. Click Billing > Service Plan.
  3. Go to Overview > Auto-Purchase > Edit.
  4. Go over the disclaimer and choose between the $20 and $100 Calling Credit Packages.
  5. Click Save.

    Note: Purchased funds will roll over month-to-month for up to 12 months. If you run out of credits, a voice prompt will notify your International Call-enabled users that they have reached their limit.
