Navigating the Account page in the AT&T Office@Hand Admin Portal

This article discusses how admins and billing admins can navigate the Account page in their AT&T Office@Hand Account Admin Portal.

Admins, and users with certain admin permissions, can view the licenses and devices currently associated with their company’s account in the Admin Portal. They can also monitor their plan usage, check calling rates for phone calls and SMS, and purchase additional licenses and devices.

Billing tab

Click Billing. This is where you can access an overview of your account, including service details and billing history.

Licenses & Inventory

Admins with permissions can use the Licenses & Inventory section to view and download licenses, delete additional local or toll-free numbers, and manage add-on licenses like Meetings, Live Reports, and Push to Talk.

Usage

In the Usage section, you can view your account’s General Usage details and Credits. You can also add more calling credits and change your Auto-Purchase package.

Calling Rates

Click the dropdown arrow next to Calling Rates to view the prices for Outbound, Inbound, and Premium calls.

Purchase

In the Purchase section, you can buy licenses, add-ons, devices, and services to add to your account. To the right of the search field, you can select a list or grid view, and view any items in your shopping cart.

Cost Center Management

Click the dropdown arrow next to Cost Center Management, then select:
● Cost Centers: To view, manage, and add additional Cost Centers to your account.
● Billing Items: To view and transfer licenses between your available cost centers.
