Attendee Controls
AT&T Office@Hand Meetings – Host Controls
This article provides information on what the host can do during a meeting. The host of the meeting has extensive control over all the functions and features in the meeting.
The following buttons will be available to the host of the meeting in AT&T Office@Hand Meetings.
Mute / Unmute Audio – Allows you to mute / unmute your audio. Click the options button to see your audio options.
Start / Stop Video – Allows you to turn on / off your camera. Click the options button to see your video options.
Invite– Allows you to invite other participants to the meeting. You can invite by sending an email or copying to clipboard the details of meeting.
Show / Hide Participants – Allows you to manage the controls of the participants in a meeting. Click the button and the Participants and Chat window will open.
- The Manage Participants window can be popped out or merged to your meeting window.
- This button will still have the same controls when merged, popped out or when the main meeting window is minimized.
- When minimized, click More > Merge to Meeting Window to merge to the main meeting window.
Note: When the main meeting window is minimized, you may not see the Merge to Meeting Window option. Click Exit Minimized Video first to see the option again.
Share – Allows you to share your screen to other participants in the meeting. Click the options button to launch more options.
Chat – Allows you to send a message to the participants in the meeting.
Record – Allows you to record the meeting and save to your computer/device or to the cloud.
Support – Click to request control of a participant’s computer, application or restart computer.
End Meeting – Allows you to end or leave the meeting.
AT&T Office@Hand Meetings Attendee Controls
This section provides information on what the attendee or participant can do during a meeting. When you join a AT&T Office@Hand Meetings hosted by another user, you are considered an attendee.
The following controls appear at the bottom of the screen during a meeting. These controls will not be visible when you are sharing your screen.

Mute/Unmute Audio |
Allows you to mute/unmute audio. Click the options pop-up menus to configure your audio devices and switch to telephone audio. |

Turn on/Turn off camera
|
Turns the camera on/off. Click the options button to change your camera device. |

Share your screen |
Shares your screen with other participants in the meeting. |
|
Invite |
Allows you to invite others to the meeting. The invitation can be sent by phone, email, or by copying the meeting link. |

Show/Hide participants |
Allows you to see the participants in a meeting. Click the button to show or hide the Participants tab. |
|
Open/Close chat |
Allows you to send a message to all the participants or to an individual during the meeting. Click the button to open or close the Chat tab. |

Settings and feedback
|
Allows you to configure AT&T Office@Hand video’s settings based on your preference. It also lets you report a problem or give other feedback. |

Leave meeting
|
Allows you to leave the meeting. |
|
Full screen
|
Lets you switch to the full screen view. |
|
Back to window
|
Lets you get out of the full screen view. You can also press the Esc button on your keyboard to get the full screen view. |
How to view participants
A separate window launches when the attendee clicks the Participants button. If pinned, the participants pane appears on the right side of the meeting window. On the participants section, the attendees can:
- Search – find specific participants in the meeting.
- Mute microphone – Mute the microphone.
- Unmute microphone – unmute the microphone.
- Turn on camera – Enable the camera.
- Turn off camera – Disable the camera.
To exit from the Participants tab, click the Hide participants button, or click the Close button.
How to view your messages
A separate window launches when the attendee clicks the Chat button. If pinned, the Chat pane appears on the right side of the meeting window. On the Chat tab, Attendees can:
- Send a message to everyone in the meeting
- Send a private message to anyone in the meeting
- View unread message/s
To exit from the Chat tab, click the Close chat button, or click the Close button.
