How to share screen during a meeting

This section provides information on how to share screen during a meeting using AT&T Office@Hand Meetings.

Share Screen on AT&T Office@Hand Meetings Desktop

  1. When on a meeting, click Share your screen button to start sharing your screen.

    When on a meeting, click Share your screen button to start sharing your screen.

    Note: For PowerPoint and Keynote slideshows, share your entire screen.

  2. Select your entire screen, or an application to share and then click Share.
    Note: You can add annotations while sharing an application. Click Enable Annotation button, then click Annotate button to start annotation.
  3. Click Stop sharing button to end screen or application sharing.

  1. When on a meeting, tap the Share button to start sharing your screen.

    When on a meeting, tap the Share button to start sharing your screen.

  2. A confirmation window will appear. Tap Start Now.
  3. Tap the Share button once more to end screen or application sharing.

How to use the In-Meeting Chat on AT&T Office@Hand Meetings

This section provides information on how to use the In-Meeting Chat feature on AT&T Office@Hand Meetings.

How to access

  • On the desktop app

During a meeting, tap the Chat button.  

During a meeting, tap the Chat button.  

  • On iOS and Android

Tap Participant > Chat.

Tap Participant > Chat.

You can do the following:

  • When new chat messages are sent to everyone, the Chat button will have a number counter badge to show you the number of unread chat messages.
  • Enter your message in the chat box. Your message will be sent to all attendees.
  • You can click the Pin button to pin or unpin the chat window at the right side of the meetings screen of the desktop app.
  • You can also click the X button on the upper-right corner to close the chat window on the desktop app.

How to Allow Contact to Schedule on your Behalf

This section provides information on how to schedule a meeting on behalf of another user for AT&T Office@Hand Meetings Desktop, iOS, and Android.

Schedule on behalf for AT&T Office@Hand Meetings for Desktop

Manage Delegates

  1. Log in to AT&T Office@Hand Meetings.
  2. Click the settings icon from the upper right.
  3. Click Manage delegates.
  4. Enter the name of the contact allowed to schedule on you behalf, then click Add.

Schedule a Meeting

Note: You must be added as a delegate first before following the steps below.

  1. Log in to AT&T Office@Hand Meetings.
  2. Click Schedule.
  3. Select a user by clicking the drop-down under Schedule for.
  4. Click Schedule.

    Click Schedule.

Schedule on behalf for AT&T Office@Hand Meetings for iOS and Android

Manage Delegates

  1. Login to AT&T Office@Hand Meetings for iOS or Android.
  2. Tap the kebab icon at the upper right corner and tap Meetings Settings.
  3. Tap Manage Delegates.
  4. Tap Add delegates.
  5. Tap the contact name to be added, you can also search for the name.
  6. Tap the next icon or Add.

Schedule a Meeting

Note: You must be added as a delegate first before following the steps below.

  1. Login to AT&T Office@Hand Meetings for iOS or Android.
  2. Tap Schedule.
  3. Tap Schedule for and select the user.
  4. Tap Next.
  5. Check the meeting settings and details, then tap the check icon or Add.
