Article #14834
AT&T Office@Hand customers will be migrated to the new platform for Office@Hand Meetings. Details are provided below.
This upgraded experience with new AT&T Office@Hand Meetings is a simpler way to meet. Our new meeting capabilities will allow you to meet faster, share easier, and hear better — all with carrier-grade security & privacy.
As the Office@Hand administrator for your organization, you’ll need to migrate your users but we will be with you every step of the way during this transition.
Why do we need to move to this new app?
For admins – The new Office@Hand Meetings experience offers a simpler, more intuitive interface that makes it faster to join meetings and share screens. The meetings experience also offers enhanced cloud security and deep analytics.
For users – You’ll be able to enjoy a new, intuitive UI, on the device of your choice and an enhanced in-meeting experience.
When do I have to migrate my team?
We recommend migration by November 14 to avoid any service interruptions and for optimal migration experience. We’re here to help you with this migration in person and also offer documentation to make this transition easy. All customers need to be migrated by December 4.
New Desktop app will be available for download on November 6. New Mobile app will be available for download on November 14.
How long would this take? Will you migrate us at the back end or will we be actively involved?
