Managing your account usage in the AT&T Office@Hand Admin Portal

Admins can view and manage settings for account usage and bundles.

Viewing account usage

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. In the left panel, click Usage.

Options may include:

  • General Usage
    • Current Plan Usage
    • Included SMS Usage: Click View Log to see the usage history.
  • Credits
    • Calling Credits: If you don’t see a bundle, click Add Bundle to purchase. Click Change to update your existing bundle. Click Cancel to remove the bundle. Cancellation is available only for customers without a contract.
    • International Calling Credits: If you don’t see a bundle, click Add Bundle to purchase. Click Change to update your existing bundle. Click Cancel to remove the bundle. Cancellation is available only for customers without a contract.
    • SMS Bundle: If you don’t see a bundle, click Add Bundle to purchase. Click Change to update your existing bundle. Click Cancel to remove the bundle. Cancellation is available only for customers without a contract.
    • Purchased Calling Credits: Click View Rates to see credit cost details.
