Managing File Sharing in the AT&T Office@Hand App Desktop and Web

This article provides information on how to manage file sharing in the AT&T Office@Hand app desktop and web.

Admins in your AT&T Office@Hand company account can:

  • Manage the type of file sources they’d like all AT&T Office@Hand app users to share from their computer or cloud storage.
  • Shut off file sharing entirely or only limit sharing to certain services.

NOTE: If file sharing is limited to certain services, only those sources will appear wherever file sharing is available in the AT&T Office@Hand app.

Managing file sharing

  1. Navigate to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Select the Administration tab from the left pane.
  3. Select the Manage button at the far right of Manage file sharing under Integrations settings.

  4. Check or uncheck the box next to each service of which you’d like to enable or disable.

  5. Click the Save button to finish saving your changes.

File sharing sources

When you’re managing file sharing sources, you can enable or disable the following sources:

  • Upload from computer/mobile: Enable/disable file sharing via local computer files.
  • Google Drive: Enable/disable file sharing via Google Drive.
  • OneDrive/SharePoint: Enable/disable file sharing via OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Dropbox: Enable/disable file sharing via Dropbox.
