Managing AT&T Office@Hand Rooms Devices in the Admin Portal

This article provides information on how to manage connected AT&T Office@Hand Rooms devices in the Admin Portal.

Admins can manage and remove unused devices connected to AT&T Office@Hand Rooms in the Admin Portal. We recommend signing out of unused Rooms devices once removed.

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. Go to Meetings > Rooms > Rooms List.
  3. Click the room with the device(s) you want to manage.
  4. Click Device Settings.

    Click Device Settings.

  5. Under Device System, click Manage Devices.

    Click Device Settings.

  6. The Manage Devices window will display a list of all devices connected to your Rooms. You’ll see a table with the following columns: Status, Device Name, Device System, and Actions.

    The Manage Devices window will display a list of all devices connected to your Rooms.

    • Click Refresh to refresh the list of connected devices.
    • Click Sign-out All Devices to log out when unused.
    • Click the More button on the far right of a device under Actions to sign out one device.
