Manage your password and PIN with AT&T Collaborate

As a user with the AT&T Collaborate SM service, you have:

  • 2 passwords (1 for AT&T Business Center and 1 for Collaborate apps)
  • 1 PIN (for Collaborate features)

Use the username and password you received in your welcome email to log in to Business Center and view your Collaborate service and features.

When you log in to the Collaborate app, your username starts with your 10-digit Collaborate phone number followed by (for example,

When you dial in to Collaborate features, such as voicemail or Virtual Office, you’re prompted to enter your PIN.

When you create an app password:

  • Use a minimum of 6 characters.
  • Use at least 1 number, 1 uppercase letter (A), 1 lowercase letter (a), and 1 special character. For example, Pa$sw3rd.
  • Don’t use business information, such as your extension or phone number.
  • Don’t use a previous password.

When you create a feature PIN:

  • Use only numbers.
  • Use 6-10 digits.
  • Don’t use business information, such as your extension or phone number.
  • Don’t repeat numbers (222) or use sequential numbers (123).
  • Don’t use any previous PIN.

Reset your app password

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, click Reset password. The Reset password window opens.
  2. Do 1 of these things:
    • In the Password field, enter your password.
    • If you don’t know your password, click Forgot password?. The system fills in the Password field with a temporary password.
  3. In the New password and Confirm password fields, enter the new password.
  4. Click Save.

Reset your feature PIN

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, click Features. The Features page appears.
  2. In the Voicemail section, click the Edit icon. The Manage messages page appears.
  3. Click Reset PIN. The Reset PIN window opens.
  4. In the PIN field, enter your PIN. If you forget your PIN, your administrator can reset it for you.
  5. In the New PIN and Confirm PIN fields, enter your new PIN.
  6. Click Save.
