Manage file versions using Box from AT&T

Note: Only files that have been updated via Box Edit will reflect a version icon. This icon will show you how many previous versions exist for the saved file and allows users to edit or download the previous version of the file.

1.       Click the name of the folder where the desired file is located.

2.       To view a previous version of the available file, click the versions icon to the right of the filename.

3.       The “Version History” pop-up populates and displays all of the available version of the file.

Note: This window allows you to download older versions of the file or mark them as “current” to present users with that version of the file by default.
