How do I log in to my AT&T Office@Hand mobile app?

The AT&T Office@Hand mobile app can be used to change your extension settings, making and receiving calls, and many more. Follow the steps below learn how to log in or change your login details on your AT&T Office@Hand mobile app.

Log in using your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App as a User with your Phone Number and Password

  1. Launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Enter your Direct Phone Number or Company Number & Extension, and Password, and then tap Sign In.

Log in using your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App as an Administrator with your Phone Number and Password

  1. Launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Enter your Direct Phone Number or Company Number & Extension, and Password, and then tap Log in.

Note: You need to specify your Extension Number if there are two (2) or more Administrators in your AT&T Office@Hand account.

Log in using your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App Single Sign-On

Note: Select this option only if your company uses Single Sign-on (SSO) to access AT&T Office@Hand. SSO can only be enabled by your company Administrator. If you have questions, contact your company Administrator. If you are an Administrator and want to know more information about SSO, click here for answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

  1. Click Single Sign On.
  2. Enter your Email Address and then, tap Continue.

Update your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App’s login information after changing your password

It is important to update your AT&T Office@Hand login information in your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App after changing your password to ensure that your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App is connected to AT&T Office@Hand’s services. To update your login information, follow the steps below:

  1. Launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App.
  2. Tap on your Profile Picture.
  3. Tap Logout.
  4. Log in to your account with either of the instructions.

Log in as a User with your Phone Number and Password.
Log in as an Administrator with your Phone Number and Password.

The AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App allows you to log in using your email credentials.

You can log in to your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App with your email. In order to use this feature, you need to enable it first.

  1. Launch the Office@Hand Mobile App.
  2. Tap Sign In. 

    Tap Sign In.

  3. Tap Email.

    Tap Email.

  4. Enter your Email and Password, then tap Sign In.

Logging in – Google

The AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App allows you to log in using your Google credentials.

You can log in to your Office@Hand Mobile App with your Google credentials. In order to use this feature, you need to enable it first.

  1. Launch the Office@Hand Mobile App.
  2. Tap Sign In. 

    Tap Sign In.

  3. Tap Google.

    Tap Google.

  4. Enter your Google email in the field provided and tap Next.

  5. Enter your Password and tap Sign in.

    Enter your Password and tap Sign in.

  6. Tap Allow.
