Labels Management in AT&T Fleet Complete

Labels can be assigned to assets, users, and geofences and can be updated at any time.

  1. Click Settings on the left side bar.

  2. Click Work schedules and then click Labels Management.

  3. Click the plus sign to add a new Label.

  4. Click inside the field below “Label name” and enter the name for the new label.

  5. Click Save.
    Note: Labels cannot be assigned to assets, users, or geofences until is created.

  6. Once the label is created, it defaults to the “Assets” tab, showing the list of assets.
  7. To the far right of the asset, in the “All” column, click the dial to assign it to the label. The dial slides right, turning from gray to blue indicating the asset is assigned to the label. Repeat this for all desired assets.

  8. Click Users.

  9. Clicking the next tab before saving will result in a pop-up message. Click Save.

  10. The “Users” tab displays. On the right of the page, click the dial to slide it to the right, assigning the user to the label. Repeat this for all desired users.

  11. Click Save for the assigned users.
  12. Click Geofences.

  13. Select the desired geofences that you wish to be assigned to the label.
