This article provides instructions on how to join a meeting on your iOS and Android devices.

Joining a video meeting using your AT&T Office@Hand app is made easy with the dedicated Video tab available on the dashboard.

Join a meeting while not logged in to the AT&T Office@Hand app mobile

1. Open the AT&T Office@Hand app for iOS or Android.
2. Tap Join Meeting.
3. Enter your name and meeting ID of the video meeting that you want to join.
4. Tap Join.

Join a meeting while logged in to the AT&T Office@Hand app mobile

1. Log in to the AT&T Office@Hand app for iOS or Android.
2. Tap the Video icon and tap Join.
3. Enter the meeting ID or meeting link of the video meeting that you want to join.
4. Tap Join.

Join a scheduled meeting on your mobile device

1. Log in to the AT&T Office@Hand app on iOS or Android.
2. Tap the Video icon. The list of scheduled video meetings will be displayed.
3. Tap the Join button beside the video meeting that you want to join.

For additional methods to join the scheduled meeting:

• Tap the Kebab (three vertical dots) icon beside the video meeting that you want to join and tap Dial in with Office@Hand or Dial in with my Phone to join.
• Tap on the meeting that you want to join and then tap Join at the bottom of the screen
