Invite guests to a workspace with AT&T Collaborate

When you need to collaborate with people outside of your organization, you can add them as guests to your team workspace.

Only workspace administrators can invite guests to a workspace. To invite a guest, use the Members tab or the Workspace Settings window.

Invite guests from the workspace Members tab (web and desktop only)

1. At the upper-right of the workspace, click the More Actions icon , and then select Members.
2. Enter the email address of the guest you want to invite.
3. When the button appears, click Invite as Guest.

   

Invite guests in the Workspace Settings window (web and desktop only)

1. At the upper-right of the workspace, click the More Actions icon , and then select Workspace Settings.
2. Click the Manage Members tab.
3. Click Add Members.
4. Enter the email address of the guest you want to invite.
5. When the button appears, click Invite as Guest.

   

Guest access

Guests can:

• Create content, such as notes, tasks, and files
• Participate in group chats in the workspaces to which they’re invited
  Create a 1:1 workspace with any other member of their team workspace

Guests cannot:

• Create team workspaces in your organization
• Access workspaces they haven’t been invited to
• Access your organization’s user directory
• View the profile information of users who aren’t sharing a workspace with them
