About Workspace
The Workspace menu in the AT&T Office@Hand app is the all-in-one place for all your tasks, events, files, and notes. In the Workspace menu, you can view, update, and complete tasks, view and update events, view attached files, and view and update notes across multiple conversations.
You can use the Workspace menu to create tasks, events, and notes from one view instead of going to different conversations to ensure they are posted to the correct conversations. You can also more easily search for a task, event, file, or note through the filtering search, sorting, and quick selections in the menu.
About tasks
Tasks help you to stay on top of all your projects. It also allows other people in your team to have visibility into what you’re working on. You can create tasks for yourself or others, and you can add them to a direct message, group conversation, or even a team conversation.
The Workspace menu displays multiple tasks with key information that you can use to easily search for the task you. You can also quickly identify tasks that are almost or already past due, allowing you to prioritize tasks. Additionally, you can use the Workspace interface to locate a specific task if you don’t recall which conversation the task is posted to.
About events
Events in the AT&T Office@Hand app are a useful way for you and your co-workers to keep track of what’s happening with individuals, within a team, and even within the company. For example, a person may create an event in their team conversation informing that team when they’ll be out of the office and unavailable.
In the Workspace menu, you can see a list of all your events in chronological order. You also have a view of multiple events with key information for discoverability. Finally, you can search for a specific event to update even if you don’t recall which conversation the event is posted to.
About files
You can attach files to a message at any time, and these files can come from either your computer or your Google Drive. You can attach any type of file, including documents, images, and videos.
In the Workspace menu, you can view a list of all your files arranged by date posted with the latest one appearing on top. You also have a view of multiple files with key information for discoverability. Moreover, you can search for a specific file to view even if you don’t recall which conversation it is posted to.
About notes
Notes in the AT&T Office@Hand app are a way to document and keep track of information you would like to refer back to later. You can add notes directly into direct messages, groups, and teams. Notes created in a conversation are accessible and editable by anyone added to that conversation.
While creating a note, you can use the note’s formatting options to format your text however you like, and you can even insert files, images, tables, and code snippets.
The Workspace menu displays a list of all your notes sorted in alphabetical order by the title of the note. You also have a view of multiple notes with key information for discoverability. Finally, you can search for a specific note to view even if you don’t recall which conversation the note is posted to.
