This article provides information on the audit trail feature in AT&T Office@Hand.

The Audit Trail feature is available to all AT&T Office@Hand MVP and Video Pro+ accounts and is enabled by default. Administrators (Super Admins or Billing Admins) can track the changes made on the account in the AT&T Office@Hand Admin Portal.

If you wish to disable the feature, contact support.

Features

• Track configuration changes made on the AT&T Office@Hand online account.
• Generate reports using multiple filter options. Administrators can search for specific items, filter results by date, users (changes made by the user, changes made to the user), or items, view records for the past 180 days, and download the log in .xlsx format.
• View changes made by other Administrators (applicable for organizations with multiple administrators who need a changelog to provide coordinated support).
• Detect failed logins and locked accounts.

Limitations

The Audit Trail can only display a maximum of 10,000 records. For example, Audit Trail shows a total record of 10,000 for the month of April. This means you will no longer see records from past months even though Audit Trail can set the filter to view the last 180 days.
