Intro to AT&T Office@Hand Admins | #96840

Admins have the highest level of permissions in the AT&T Office@Hand account. Only admins can add new admins.

To receive admin permissions, a user must be a coworker in the AT&T Office@Hand App. Guest users can’t be given admin permissions.

There are two types of admins: AT&T Office@Hand App admins and Super Admins.

AT&T Office@Hand App admins

AT&T Office@Hand App admins have access to administration and company settings in the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop, Web, and Mobile.

These admins can:

  • Delete messages written by other people, or they can delete system-generated messages, such as when a user joins a team
  • Manage the types of teams that can be created
  • View, add, and manage your company’s AT&T Office@Hand App users
  • Assign admin permissions to other coworkers
  • Manage message data retention
  • Manage file sharing

Super Admins

By default, the person who created your company’s AT&T Office@Hand account is the Super Admin for the AT&T Office@Hand App and the Admin Portal.

If another user becomes a Super Admin for the AT&T Office@Hand App, they don’t automatically become a Super Admin for the Admin Portal, and vice versa.
