Integrate with Dropbox in AT&T Collaborate

With the AT&T Collaborate app, you can integrate with Dropbox to:

• Add a file from Dropbox to a workspace, where any member can access it.
• Attach a file from Dropbox to a task, which you can assign to someone to review or edit.

Add a file from Dropbox (web and desktop only)

1. In the workspace messages panel, click the Attachments icon.
2. Select Dropbox. A Dropbox web page opens.

   

3. On the Dropbox page, click Select Files.

   

4. In the Dropbox files window, select the files you want to upload.
5. Click Choose. The files are uploaded to the workspace.

Add a file from Dropbox as an attachment to a task (web and desktop only)

In the panel at the upper-right, click the Tasks icon. A list of tasks appears.

1. Select the task you want to add a Dropbox file to.
2. Next to Attachments, click the Add icon .
3. From the menu, select Link from Dropbox.

   

4. On the Dropbox page, click Select Files.
5. In the Dropbox files window, select the files you want to upload.
6. Click Choose. The files are uploaded to the workplace.
