Integrate with Box in AT&T Collaborate

With the AT&T Collaborate app, you can integrate with Box to:

• Add a file form Box to a workspace, where any member can access it.
• Attach a file from Box to a task and assign it to someone for review or edits.

Add a file from Box (web and desktop only)

1. In the workspace messages panel, click the Attachments icon.
2. Select box. A box web page opens.

   

3. On the Box web page, click Select Files.

   

4. When prompted, sign in to Box.
5. In the Box Files window, select the files you want to upload.
6. Click Choose. The files are uploaded to the workspace.

Add a file from Box as an attachment to a task (web and desktop only)

In the panel at the upper-right, click the Tasks icon. A list of tasks appears.

1. Select the task you want to add a Box file to.
2. Next to Attachments, click the Add icon .
3. From the menu, select Link from box.

   

4. On the Box page, click Select Files.
5. When prompted, sign in to Box.
6. In the Box files window, select the files you want to upload.
7. Click Choose. The files are uploaded to the workplace.
