Installing the Samsung DM Agent in MobileIron for Android devices

Note: You must complete the registration process before provisioning and installing the Samsung DM Agent. For select Samsung devices, access to Samsung’s extended features requires installation of the Samsung DM Agent. For such devices, the installation screen and setup steps are below. For all other Android devices, see: “Provisioning and Installing MobileIron for Android Devices”

1. The following screen displays after entering your username and password, and then and tapping “Register” in the Mobile@Work app.
2. Tap Activate.

   

3. Tap Activate.

   

4. Tap Install.

   

5. Tap Install.

   

6. Tap Activate.

   

7. Tap Activate.
