This article contains steps for Users and Admin to set how long the confirmation message appears on your screen after an operation completes.

How to configure your Confirmation Message settings as User+

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand Online account.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Go to User Details > Settings & Permissions.
  4. Click Edit under Confirmation Message.
  5. Select the duration of the Confirmation Message from the drop-down list. If you wish to disable the feature, unclick the Enable Confirmation Message.
  6. Click Save to confirm changes.

How to configure a User's Confirmation Message settings as an Admin+

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand account.
  2. Go to Admin Portal > Users > User List > Users With Extensions.
  3. Select a User from the list, then go to User Details > Settings & Permissions.
  4. Click Edit under Confirmation Message.
  5. Select the duration of the Confirmation Message from the drop-down list. To disable the feature, unclick the Enable Confirmation Message.
  6. Click Save to confirm changes.
