Reports – Risk Management

1. Click on Activity in the column on the left.

   

2. Scroll down to Risk Management. 

   

3. Click on Risk Management.

   

4. Click on the desired timeframe under Date Period.
5. Scroll to the right. 

   

6. Click in the field to the right of Exception rules and select the desired exceptions.
7. Click on Vehicle or Driver to the right of View by.
8. Click on Yes or No to the right of Hide zero distances rows.
9. Click on the desired group in the list to the right of Run report by.
10. Scroll down.

    

11. Click on Yes or No to the right of Include dismissed events.
12. Click Apply changes.

    

13. The overview displays.
14. Click on the Report drop down.

    

15. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of either Standard or Advanced.

    

16. Click on Prepare PDF.
    Note: This list may also contain your custom reports. To download an Excel file, click on Standard or Advanced.

    

17. A notification displays advising that the report is being populated. 

    

18. The notification updates when the report is ready.
19. Click on Download now.

    

20. The report downloads and displays.
