Reports – IFTA

1. Click on Activity in the column on the left.

   

2. Scroll down to IFTA report.

   

3. Click on IFTA Report in the menu.

   

4. Click on the desired timeframe under Date Period.
5. Click on Yes or No to the right of Include archived (historical) data.
6. Click on the drop down to the right of Vehicles and click on the desired vehicle(s).
7. Click Apply changes.

   

8. The overview displays.
9. Click on the Report drop down.

   

10. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of either Standard or Advanced. 

    

11. Click on Prepare PDF.
    Note: You may also see your custom reports listed. To download an Excel file, click on either Standard or Advanced.

    

12. A notification displays advising you that the report is being prepared. 

    

13. The notification updates when the report is ready.
14. Click on Download now.

    

15. The report downloads and displays.
