Reports – HOS Violations

1. Click on Activity.

   

2. Scroll down to HOS….

   

3. Click on HOS….

   

4. Click on Violations.

   

5. The “Options” menu populates.
6. Select the desired time frame under “Date Period”.
7. Click on the drop down to the right of “Drivers” and select the desired driver(s).
8. Click the Apply changes button.

   

9. The list of violations displays.
10. Click on the Report drop down near the top of the page.

    

11. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of Standard, Advanced, HOS Violations Breakdown, or HOS Violations.

    

12. Click on Prepare PDF.
    Note: To download an Excel document instead, click on Standard, Advanced, HOS Violations Breakdown, and HOS Violations. Additional reports may display.

    

13. A pop-up displays advising that the HOS availability report is prepared.

    

14. Once complete, the pop-up updates.
15. Click on the Download now button.

    

16. The report downloads and displays.
