Reports – Export Zone Visits

1. Click on Map in the menu on the left.

   

2. Click on Zones….

   

3. Click on Zone Visits.

   

4. The Vehicles list displays.
5. Click on the desired vehicle(s).

   

   Note:  If no results display or you would like to focus your report, click on the Options drop down box and use the options to set your desired time frame, drivers, etc.

6. The Customer Visits list displays.
7. Click on the Report drop down.

   

8. Click on either Summary or Details.

   

9. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of either “Standard” or “Advanced”.

   

10. Click on Prepare PDF.
    Note: If you want to download an XLS of the report instead, click Standard or Advanced.

    

11. A notification displays to notify you that the report is being prepared.

    

12. The notification updates, and you can click on the Download now button.

    

13. The report downloads.
