Export data in AT&T Collaborate

You can export notes and tasks to use them in other applications. The export file you download contains all the notes or tasks for a workspace, in CSV format.

Export Data

1. In the panel at the upper-right, click the Notes or Tasks icon, depending on the type of item you want to export. A list of notes or tasks appears.
2. At the bottom of the Notes or Tasks tab, click the total number of notes or tasks, and then click Export CSV. A download window appears.

   

3. Select a location and name for the CSV file, and then click Save.
