Reports – Hours of Service Availability

1. Click on Activity.

   

2. Scroll down to HOS….

   

3. Click on HOS….

   

4. Click on Availability.

   

5. The “Options” menu populates.
6. Click on the drop down to the right of “Drivers” and select the desired driver(s).
7. Click on Yes or No to the right of “Show only drivers in violation.
8. Click on the Apply changes button.

   

9. Click on the Report drop down.

   

10. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of Standard or Advanced.

    

11. Click on Prepare PDF.
    Note: To download an Excel file instead, click on Standard or Advanced.

    

12. A pop-up displays advising that the HOS availability report is prepared.

    

13. Once complete, the pop-up updates.
14. Click on the Download now button.

    

15. The report downloads and displays.
