Report – Export a Trip History Summary

1. Click on Map in the menu on the left.

   

2. Click on Trip History.

   

3. A list of vehicles and drivers displays.
4. Click on the desired vehicle or driver’s name.

   

5. Click on the Summary button near the top of the page.

   

6. Click on the Reports drop down.

   

7. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of either Standard or Advanced.
   Note: To download an Excel file, click Standard or Advanced instead. 

   

8. Click on Prepare PDF.

   

9. A notification displays advising that the report is being populated. 

   

10. The notification updates when the report is ready.
11. Click on Download now.

    

12. The report downloads and displays.
