Export an Asset Inspection report

1. Click on Engine & Maintenance in the menu on the left.

   

2. Scroll down to Asset Inspection.

   

3. Click on Asset Inspection.

   

4. The “Options” menu displays.
5. Select the desired time frame under “DATE PERIOD”.
6. Click on the desired options under “DISPLAY OPTIONS” and click the Apply changes button.

   

7. Click on the Report drop down near the top.

   

8. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of “Standard”, “Advanced”, or “Unexacted Defects”.

   

9. Click on Prepare PDF.
   Note: If you would like to export an XLS file instead, click on Standard, Advanced, or Unrepaired Defects.

   

10. A notification displays advising you that the download is being prepared.

    

11. Click on the Download now button.

    

12. The report downloads.
