Export an HOS Log

1. Click on Activity in the menu on the left side of the database and scroll down.

   

2. Click on HOS….

   

3. Click on Logs.

   

4. A dialogue box populates.
5. Select the desired timeframe under Date Period.
6. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Drivers” and select the desired driver.
7. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Additional logs” and select the additional logs you would like to display.

   

8. Click on either the Graph or List button to the right of “Default view”.
9. Click the Apply changes button.

   

10. The Duty Status Log displays.
11. Click on the Reports dropdown near the top of the page.

    

12. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of the desired report.
13. Click on Download PDF.
    Note: You can also click on “Advanced” to download an XLS version of the report.

    

14. The report downloads and displays.
