Enabling Recordings for AT&T Office@Hand Rooms in the Admin Portal

This article provides information on how to enable recordings for AT&T Office@Hand Rooms in the Admin Portal.

Admins can turn on recordings and post-meeting materials in the Admin Portal.

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. Go to Meetings > Meetings Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Recordings and post-meeting materials, then turn the toggle on next to Allow meetings to be recorded.

  4. Enable and lock the following settings:

    NOTE: The meeting will be encrypted but not automatically recorded if both automatic recording and E2EE are enabled when scheduling.

    • Allow anyone to record in the meeting: Allow every participant in the Rooms meeting to start recording instead of only the host.
    • Automatically start recording when hosts or moderators join meetings: Allows the host or owner of the Rooms meeting to start recording automatically when joining. The host or owner can also send the recording to participants. When enabled, tap Choose recipient on the controller, then select participants to receive the recording.

      The meeting will be encrypted but not automatically recorded if both automatic recording and E2EE are enabled when scheduling.
