Enabling Mobile Notification Timeout for Call Forwarding | AT&T Office@Hand

This article provides instructions on how you can enable mobile notification timeouts for call forwarding.

When this feature is enabled, incoming calls to a specified user are not routed to voicemail or dispatched back to the Call Queue for at least 30 seconds, allowing time to answer the call on a mobile application.

NOTE: This feature is only available for the AT&T Office@Hand app for iOS and the AT&T Office@Hand app for desktop.

Requirements

  • iOS 10 or later
  • Windows 8.1 or later
  • My Desktop & Mobile Apps notification enabled

Enabling mobile notification timeout

  1. Log into your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
  2. Follow the navigation path depending on your access profile:
    Admins: On the Quick Access page in the Admin Portal, navigate to Users > Manage. Users, select the extension to configure, then click Call Forwarding and Voicemail.
    Users: Navigate to Settings > Call Forwarding and Voicemail.
  3. Select User Hours.
  4. Enable Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding is completed.
