Enabling Fax Features | AT&T Office@Hand

This article provides information to configure fax settings.

By default, all AT&T Office@Hand users can access fax features. If you’re an admin, you can manually turn fax features on or off in the Admin Portal.

Enabling fax features for your account

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. In the top menu, click More, then go to Account Settings > General Settings in the left menu.
  3. Adjust the toggle to turn Fax Settings on or off.

Enabling fax features for a user

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. In the top menu, click Users, then go to User List > Users with Extensions in the left menu.
  3. Select a user by clicking their name.
  4. Go to Outbound Calls/Faxes > Fax Settings.
  5. Adjust the toggle next to Allow this user to access Fax features to turn fax settings on or off for the user.
  6. Check or uncheck the box next to Allow this user to access Email-to-Fax to let the user send emails to a fax number.
  7. Check or uncheck the boxes next to Fax-Out and AT&T Office@Hand app (Desktop/Mobile) to let users access these features.
    • Fax Out: Tool in Admin Portal that allows users to manage all faxing.
    • AT&T Office@Hand app: Fax feature in the application allows users to send and receive faxes.

      Check or uncheck the boxes next to Fax-Out and AT&T Office@Hand app (Desktop/Mobile) to let users access these features.

  8. Click Save.
