Incoming calls are labeled with “Suspected Robocall” if the caller ID is found to be present in a blacklist.

How to enable robocall blocking for Toll-free numbers

1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
2. On the Admin Portal, go to Phone System > Auto-Receptionist > General Settings.
3. Click Block robocalls on toll-free numbers.
4. Toggle ON the button for Enable blocking of robocalls on toll-free numbers.
5. Click Save.

How to enable Robocall Blocking for user extensions

1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account.
2. Go to Users > User List > Users with Extensions.
3. Go to Screening, Greeting & Hold Music > Blocked Calls.
4. Go to Robocalls and configure these settings:
   • Block option – Click the drop-down list and select how suspected robocalls will be treated. The options are:
     • Ring devices and apps – this is the default call treatment for robocall blocking. It rings the apps and devices and displays “Suspected Robocall” label.
     • Play message and disconnect – Plays a pre-recorded message and disconnect the call.
   • Trusted Numbers – Add trusted phone numbers to this list to ensure that they are not treated as robocalls.
