Enable Geotab Roadside Service Requests

Note: To add Goetab Roadside to your database, please reach out to your AT&T implementation team.

1. Scroll down the menu to the left to “Geotab Roadside”.

   

2. Click on Geotab Roadside and then scroll down.

   

3. Click on Settings.

   

4. Click the box to the left of “Enable Geotab Drive users to create Service Requests”.
5. Scroll down.

   

6. Enter the desired Tow-to locations and set the desired options.
7. Click the Apply button.
