Edit a Service Plan in AT&T Fleet Complete

  1. Click Maintenance on the left side bar.

  2. Click Service Plans.

    Click Service Plans.

  3. Click inside the “Search” field to search for the desired service plan or select the service plan from the list.

  4. Click inside the field below “Name of service plan” and type the name for the service plan.
  5. The field below “Leave description here…” is an optional field. Type a description if necessary.
  6. Click the field below “Access level” to select the assets in a specific access level.
  7. Click the field below “Select assets”.

  8. Select or deselect the check boxes to the left of the Asset’s name to determine which assets will have this service reminder.

  9. In the “Service due” section, click Edit.

  10. The “Service due” section allows you to determine when maintenance is required. In this example, click the checkbox above “By time (Every)” and then select the dropdown box for this selection to choose “Days” or “Months”.
  11. In the field to the left of the dropdown, type the number of days for the asset to receive service.

  12. In the “Send reminder” section click Edit.

  13. There are three option to use to send reminders. In this example, “Before due time” is selected.
  14. Click in the field below “Days” to update the number of days to send the service reminder.
  15. Click Save once all updates are made.

  16. Notifications appear at the top right to indicate the service plan is updated.
