Edit a defects list

1. Click on Engine & Maintenance.

   

2. Scroll down to Asset Inspection.

   

3. Click on Asset Inspection.

   

4. The options menu displays.
5. Click on the Defects List button.

   

6. The configured defect lists display.
7. Click on the desired list.

   

8. The defects display.
9. Click in the field to the right of “Name” to edit the list’s name.
10. Click in the field to the right of “Groups” and enter the desired group’s name or click on the drop down arrow to the right to select from a list of configured groups.
11. Change the asset type by clicking on the desired button to the right of “Asset Type”.
12. Scroll down.

    

13. To add a part, click in the field to the right of “Parts and Defects” and enter the part’s name.
14. Click on the Add part button.
15. Click on either the plus icon  to add another defect, click on the pencil icon  to the right of the part or defect to edit it, or click on the X icon  to remove it.
16. Scroll to the top of the page.

    

17. Click on Save.
