Edit a contact in AT&T Business Notification Center

  1. Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
    Note: The web portal defaults to the “Conversations” screen.
  2. Click Contacts.

    Step 2 image click contacts on the left.

  3. Contacts display.
  4. Hover over the contact, and click the ellipses icon Ellipsis icon.

    Step 4 image to hover over the contact and ellipsis will appear, click it.

  5. Click Edit.

    Step 5 image, to click the 3rd option, Edit.

  6. The contact’s information populates.
  7. Edit the desired fields, and then click Save.

    Steps 6 & 7, shows contact info to edit, and then click Save.

  8. The “Contact updated successfully” notification appears at the top of the screen to confirm the contact is updated.
