Edit a client in AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on the menu icon Image of the menu icon. at the top right.

  2. Click on Dispatching.

  3. Click on Clients.

  4. The list of clients displays.
  5. Click on Edit to the right of the desired client.

  6. The client’s details are displayed.
  7. Make the desired edits.

  8. Click on the Save button.

  9. A confirmation message displays.
  10. Click on the OK button.
