From the home screen, tap the Box icon.
Navigate to the desired folder.
Note: If the file is on the main directory skip to step 3.
Tap on the file.
The file displays.
Tap on the ellipsis icon at the top right.
Tap on Make Available Offline in the menu.
The file downloads.
