Disable the temporary data storage setting in the box from AT&T for iPhone application

  1. From the home screen, tap the Box icon.

  2. Tap on the gear icon Image of the gear icon. at the top left.

  3. Tap on Security in the menu.

  4. Tap the slider to the right of “Allow temporary data storage”.

  5. A message populates.
  6. Tap on Confirm to proceed.

  7. The setting disables.
