Disable sharing for a file or folder in the Box from AT&T for iPhone application

Note: Disabling a shared link will disable all folder collaborator access to the folder and files.

1. From the home screen, tap the Box icon.

   

2. Navigate to the desired file or folder.
   Note: If the file or folder is in “All Files” skip to step 3.

   

3. Tap the ellipsis icon  at the top right.

   

4. Tap on File Information in the menu.
   Note: If you select a folder the menu item will state “Folder Information”.

   

5. The file details display.
6. Tap on the share link icon .

   

7. Tap on the slider to the right of “Enable Link”.

   

8. Tap Remove to confirm.

   

9. Sharing is disabled.
