Disable sharing for a file or folder in Box from AT&T for Android

Note: Disabling a shared link will disable all folder collaborator access to the folder and files.

1. From the home screen, tap the Box icon.

   

2. Tap in the field labeled “Email Address” and enter your email address.
3. Tap in the field labeled “Password” and enter your password.
4. Tap the Log In button.

   

5. Tap the folder that contains the desired file.

   

6. Tap the ellipsis icon  at the top right.

   

7. Tap Folder Actions.

   

8. Tap Share.

   

9. Tap on Share Link.

   

10. Tap the slider to the right of “Share link enabled”.

    

11. A message populates.
12. Tap DISABLE SHARE LINK to proceed.

    

13. The folder is no longer shared.
