This article provides instructions on how to disable outgoing HD Video (1280×720) in your AT&T Office@Hand Video account.

By default, outgoing HD video is enabled on AT&T Office@Hand Video. Users may need to reduce video quality to accommodate lower bandwidth or to reduce CPU load. Users can enable and disable outgoing HD video (1280×720) by following the steps below.

1. Log in to AT&T Office@Hand Video.
2. Click the Settings icon on the upper-right corner, then select Settings.

   

3. Click Video.
4. Uncheck Enable HD for my video, then click Save.
