Create a zone in AT&T Fleet Management for Enterprise/Government

  1. From the main menu, click on Zones & Messages in the column on the left.

  2. Click Zones.

  3. Click on the Add button near the top of the page.

  4. Navigate to your desired location on the map.

  5. Click to set a starting point for your zone.
    Note: To change the position of points click and drag the point to a new location.
  6. Click to add additional points, and ensure to enclose the zone by clicking on the original point.

  7. The zone attributes menu displays.
  8. Click in the field to the right of “Name:”, and enter a name for the zone.
  9. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of “Select groups…”.

  10. Select the desired group.

  11. Click in the field to the right of “Comment:”, to enter a comment for the zone.
  12. Click on either “Yes” or “No”, to the right of “Visible on map:” to either display or hide the zone on the map.
  13. Click in the field to the right of “Types:”, and select additional zone types.

  14. Click on the desired color preset or the field above the colors to set a color for the zone.
  15. Use the slider to the right of “Transparency:” to set the desired color transparency.
  16. Click on the desired expiration time frame for the zone.

  17. Click the Save button.
