Reports – Create a custom report from an existing report

  1. Scroll down to Administration in the column on the left.

  2. Click on Administration.

  3. Click on Reports Setup….

  4. Click on Report Views.

  5. Scroll to the desired per-made report.

  6. Click on Export to the right of the report’s name.

  7. Click on the file to open it.
    Note: A download dialogue may populate. Click on the radio button to the left of “Save File” or “Open with” and then click on the OK button.

  8. Modify the report as desired and save it.

  9. Scroll to the top of the reports list.

  10. Click on the Create custom report button.

  11. Click on Import Excel report – Drop file here or click to browse.

  12. Navigate to and click on your XLS file.
  13. Click the Open button.

  14. The report uploads.
  15. Click on the auto-generated title to enter a custom title for your report.

  16. Click on the field or the dropdown arrow to the right of “Select groups” to limit the report to a specific group.
  17. To allow the custom report to display in the system menus, click on the Yes button to the right of “Show report in dropdown list:”.

  18. Edit the additional settings as desired.
  19. Click on the Dashboard tab to enable the report to be available on the dashboard.

  20. Click on the On button to the right of “Dashboard graphic options:”.

  21. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Group dashboard viewers”.
  22. Scroll down.

  23. Click on the dropdown to the right of “Individual dashboard viewers”.

  24. Select the desired users from the list.

  25. Edit the additional options as desired.
  26. Click on the Email report tab to enable the report to be emailed.

  27. Click on the On button to enable the report to be emailed.

  28. Edit the additional options as desired.
  29. Click on the Save button near the top of the page.
