Create a custom report in AT&T Fleet Management for Enterprise/Government

  1. From the main menu, click on Administration in the column on the left.

  2. Click on Reports….

  3. Click on Report views.

  4. Scroll to the desired premade report.
  5. Click the XLS icon to the right of the report name.

  6. A download dialogue populates.
  7. Click on the radio button to the left of “Save” or “Open with”.
  8. Click the OK button.

  9. Open the XLS document and modify as desired.

  10. Click on Reports and then Report views in the menu to the left.

  11. Click the Add Excel File button near the top of the page.

  12. Click on Drop your files here or click to select them.

  13. Navigate to and click on your XLS file.
  14. Click the Open button.

  15. Click on the auto-generated title to enter a custom title for your report.

  16. Click on the drop-down arrow to the right of “Select groups” to limit the report to a specific group.
  17. To allow the custom report to display in the system menus, click on the Yes button to the right of “Show report in dropdown list:”.

  18. Edit the additional settings as desired.
  19. To enable the report to be available on the dashboard click on the Dashboard tab.
    Note: You can also click on the Email tab to enable it as an email report.

  20. Click on the Yes button to the right of “Dashboard graphic options:”.

  21. Edit the additional options as desired.
  22. Click on the Save button near the top of the page.
