Create an external contact in the AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk Corporate Admin Tool (CAT)

  1. From the CAT home screen, click on EPTT External Users on the menu to the left.

  2. Click on the Add External User button.

  3. A menu populates on the right side of the page.
  4. Click in the field to the right of “Name” and enter the user’s name.
  5. Click in the field to the right of “Phone Number” and enter the user’s phone number.

  6. Click on the Save button.

  7. The user saves.
