Create an Emailed Report

  1. Scroll down to Administration in the menu on the left.

  2. Click on Administration.

  3. Click on Report Setup….

  4. Click on Report Views.

  5. Select a report by either scrolling through the reports list or using the “Template name” field to search for one.

  6. Click on the name of the report.

  7. Click on the Email report tab.

  8. Click on the On button to the right of “Email options”.

  9. Click on the drop down arrow to the right of “Group Recipients list”.

  10. Select the desired group.

  11. Click on the drop down arrow to the right of “Individual recipients list”.

  12. Click on the desired recipients and scroll down.

  13. Click on Yes or No to the right of “Email the report to me” to be included in the recipients of the report or not.
  14. Click on Yes or No to the right of “Redirect report”.
    Note: If you are a recipient, or you have selected other recipients, leave this turned off.
  15. Click on PDF or Excel to the right of “Type of report” to set the report type.
  16. Click on the desired date range to the right of “Date range”.
  17. Scroll down.

  18. Click in the field to the right of “Refresh period”.

  19. Select the desired time frame.

  20. Click in the field to the right of “Next run”.

  21. Use the calendar that populates to select when the report should begin.
  22. Click on the Done button.

  23. Click on the drop down arrow to the right of “Belonging to”.

  24. Click on AND or OR and then select the desired group.
  25. Scroll up.

  26. Click the Save button at the top of the page.
