Create a sub-group in AT&T Workforce Manager

1. Click on the menu icon  at the top right.

   

2. Click on Administrative.

   

3. Click Groups.

   

4. A list of groups displays.
5. Click on the name of the desired group.

   

6. Click on the Sub-group button above the list of groups.

   

7. Click on the field to the right of “Name” and enter a name for the sub-group.

   

8. Click on the Save button.

   

9. Click on the Edit button under “Members of this group”.

   

10. A list of users displays.
11. Click on the checkbox to the left of the desired users.

    

12. Click on the Save button.

    

13. The sub-group displays.
    Note: You can use the additional settings to add who can see the sub-group, Forms and modules, and Geofences for the sub-group.
